Poke2 Grill

Worst experience ever!! I frequent this establishment periodically, and/or Uber or Lyft orders. Unfortunately, today we received our bowls (2) with no sauces or lack of via Uber Eats. The bowls can be pretty dry without the sauces so I called to let them know about the missing sauces, and asked to speak to a manager. The female worker that answered, asked me what the issue was. I explained that the bowls were missing the sauces that were requested. Mind you, she stated that she was the manager, and that the most she can do is give me free sauces on my next order. Why would I want extra sauces on my next order?? I wanted to enjoy my bowl at this point and time, so I asked for her name and she declined to tell me. She then puts, another worker on the line, that comes off really strong and tells me that I need not to use profanity !! This is insane because I never once cussed at them, so I feel these are excuses to cover for each other. I don’t believe that Evan is even the manager, but he felt entitled to raise his voice at me and tells me that they can give me two free bowls on my next visit. I then asked, can I get the girls name again, and he hung up on me. This is not about getting anything free!! It’s about the lack of customer service, their unprofessionalism, and their lies!! I will not be coming to this establishment ever again! These young people need to learn respect, and customer service skills! It was a horrible experience, all because I asked for a name.

Amazing food. Def fresh and loved their variety of toppings that you wont find anywhere else. Best poke spot ive been too.

Tried this out and the quality of the ingredients is excellent! Great atmosphere too, juice and relaxing fresh ND elegant vibe for a fast food. Will be returning! Great Job Poke2 Grill!
