Core X Fitness

I did a 5 am. workout for arms and total body, and I definitely got a workout! it is a small gym, but it is small and mighty! The setup is usually 4 per group, with 2 doing the same exercise and then rotating after the time limit. Several different exercises that focus on different muscles. Everyone is friendly and helpful to the newbies, like me. There are plenty of weights to use, and when I had to use lighter weights for some of the reps, there is no judgment. Everyone encourages you, and in the end, I felt great and glad I was able to attend the class. I do live in Anaheim and driving at 430 am, it took about 15 min. Heading home, it wasn’t too bad as it took about 22 min. .

Core X is truly a great gym with an amazing atmosphere! You can tell all the trainers love what they do, and are great at pushing you to do your best. The classes are curated to make sure you make the most out of the 55 minute time allotments.

What I enjoy most about corex are the customized classes which make sure you get the best possible workout in, as well as the ease of signing up for classes with the app. The staff is super friendly, and they will remember you by name.

David (the owner) is extremely helpful and a great coach. Every instructor has their own unique style; so no matter who you get, you’ll be in for a fun and challenging hour.
