Fix Auto Downey

Fix Auto has the most excellent customer service, they kept me updated every step of the way via phone and text. The car was done earlier than expected. Would 100% recommend this shop.

I had an excellent experience with Fix It Auto from start to finish. After another driver hit my car, causing damage to both the driver’s door and rear passenger door, the team made the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

The quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations my car looks great, and you can’t even tell it was in an accident. A special thank you to Gabby, who kept me informed with regular updates throughout the entire process. Her communication and customer service were outstanding. Victor, the estimator, was knowledgeable and thorough, and AJ, the manager, made sure everything was handled professionally.

To top it all off, my vehicle was completed earlier than the estimated pickup date, which was a pleasant surprise. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend Fix It Auto to anyone needing collision repairs.

Been coming here to this place for over 30 years. I’ve had several cars over the years repaired here starting with Little John’s. Recently had my BMW repaired and was a perfect job as always. Always happy with the repairs. They are very communicative throughout the process. Gabby was very helpful in getting my repairs completed. Highly recommend this body shop.
