I hired Mickey to paint my rental, indoors. She charged $375 a room (not cheap) and they did not do a good job. There was paint everywhere: wood floors, light fixtures, doorknobs, new light switches, door stoppers, in the bathtub, and on the tiles. Every where! Paint drips on doors, lots of areas not painted( sides of molding, corners, edges of cabinets, sides of doors and they even removed all of my bathroom hardware and threw it away. The patch jobs were way below par. They didn’t come back to finish the job (two doors, molding in a room, and a few walls and hall ceiling) like the guy said, and they would not clean up the mess and she also backed out of our agreement to clean the rental. Just not worth the loss of time and money. It was a big headache and she was not apologetic at all, saying ,”This is business.” Unfortunately I had paid ahead because she was a referral through my property management company for cleaning. I didn’t think she would ditch the job and risk her reputation with the property management company but she didn’t care. Not very professional. I’d post all 42 pictures but It’s not uploading right now.

Had appointment. No show. No call. Thank you for saving us the time of dealing with your company. We appreciate knowing who we are dealing with upfront so we dont waste our time or money.
