My dog goes in for two services wash & cut / sanitary wash & cut, both services have been charged differently every time. I spoke with I believe the owner he confirmed that I was being charged differently each time. He apologized and said he would get back to me. This was about 3 weeks ago.. I never got a response back. Poor professionalism.

Took my son puppy to Selene for his first groom, and they were so patient! He looks adorable and was very relaxed when I picked him up. Highly recommend.

My dog was hurt by an employee who refused to notify Winston of the incident that occured while cutting her nails. Her paw was cut. Sadly, I had hoped that Winston who claims to be the owner would do the right thing and take responsibility. He denied my dog ever being hurt at his shop. Winston decided to embellish and blame my dog for being aggressive. 2 stories. Unbelievable. I was very disappointed. My dog was traumatized. Anyone reading this review should know that I was very patient. Accidents happen. I was willing to work with this shop. I liked the mission that I believed they had. At the end, I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I attached a photo of my dog’s paw.

I took my dog to Posh Paws for grooming, and the experience was fantastic! From the moment we walked in, Saul was incredibly welcoming. He took the time to ask what I wanted for my pup, but since I wasn’t sure, I left it up to him—and he did not disappoint! My dog looked absolutely adorable, and I couldn’t stop smiling. It was clear that my dog was happy too, with no signs of discomfort. They took excellent care of him, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Saul for anyone looking for a great groomer!
